Hun Subculture
Hun culture (also hon culture) is a British subculture that is popular with women and gay men. It often revolves around the "Fan (person), stanning" of usually British female celebrities who are often pop singers, reality television stars and soap opera actresses and characters who are considered gay icons. It often relies on "Camp (style), camp" and niche humour. Origin "Hun culture" (''hun'' or ''hon''), originating from the term of endearment ''wikt:honey, honey'', celebrates "naff" and deifies soap opera, soap actors, Reality television, reality TV icons and female pop stars. The culture mixes nostalgia, camp humour and irony-laced national pride. ''The Guardian'' wrote: "If American social media influencers are preened, puckered and always on sponsored holidays, huns are sloppy, sarcastic and off on their "holibobs"." Fan (person)
A fan or fanatic, sometimes also termed an aficionado or enthusiast, is a person who exhibits strong interest or admiration for something or somebody, such as a celebrity, a sport, a sports team, a genre, a politician, a book, a movie, a video game or an entertainer. Collectively, the fans of a particular object or person constitute its fanbase or fandom. Makosi Musambasi is a Zimbabwean model, socialite and television personality. She appeared on '' Big Brother 6'' in the UK in 2005. Background Makosi was born in 1980 in Zimbabwe. ''The X Factor'' is a British reality television music competition, and part of the global '' X Factor'' franchise created by Simon Cowell. Capital is a network of twelve independent contemporary hit radio stations in the United Kingdom, broadcasting a mix of local and networked programming. Steps are a British dance-pop group consisting of Lee Latchford-Evans, Claire Richards, Lisa Scott-Lee, Faye Tozer and Ian "H" Watkins. ''The Only Way Is Essex'' (often abbreviated as ''TOWIE'' ) is a British reality television series based in Brentwood, Essex, England.
