Humo Tashkent
Humo Hockey Club, also known as Humo Tashkent, are a professional ice hockey team based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Originally a member of the Uzbekistan Ice Hockey League, Humo joined the Kazakhstan Hockey Championship for the 2022–23 Season. Humo play their games at the Humo Ice Dome; both the team and arena derive their name from the mythical Huma bird, a symbol of happiness and freedom. They Formerly Play in The Supreme Hockey League From 2019 to 2022. History Humo Tashkent was a member of the reformed Uzbekistan Ice Hockey League which began play in February 2019. The UIHL consisted of three other teams Binokor Tashkent, HK Tashkent, & Semurg Tashkent, with all of the teams playing out of the Humo Ice Dome. Humo would finish in first place at the end of the regular season, with Forward Pavel Sedov scoring the most points throughout the season. The Hockey Club Rostov (russian: Хоккейный клуб Ростов), commonly referred to as HC Rostov are a professional ice hockey team based in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. Vitali Prokhorov
Vitali Vladimirovich Prokhorov (russian: Биталий Владимирович Прохоров); born December 25, 1966, in Moscow, Soviet Union) is a retired professional hockey player who played briefly with the St. Louis Blues in the NHL. He played left wing and shot left-handed. Prokhorov began his playing career in his native USSR. He played for Spartak Moscow for 9 seasons from 1983 until 1992. He also played for the USSR in the 1991 Canada Cup and for Russia in the 1992 Winter Olympics and the 1992 Ice Hockey World Championship.
