Hugo Strange
Hugo Strange is a supervillain appearing in comic books published by DC Comics, commonly as an adversary of the superhero Batman. The character is one of Batman's first recurring villains, and was also one of the first to discover his secret identity. The character first appeared in ''Detective Comics'' #36 (February 1940). A notorious enemy of Batman, the character has appeared in various forms of non-comics media, including animation, video games, and the live-action television series '' Gotham'', where he is portrayed by BD Wong. Brian Bolland
Brian Bolland (; born 26 March 1951)Salisbury, Mark, ''Artists on Comic Art'' (Titan Books, 2000) , p. 11 is a British comics artist. Best known in the United Kingdom as one of the Judge Dredd artists for British comics anthology ''2000 AD (comics), 2000 AD'', he spearheaded the 'British Invasion (comics), British Invasion' of the American comics industry, and in 1982 produced the artwork alongside author Mike W. Barr on ''Camelot 3000'', which was DC Comics' first 12-issue comicbook maxiseries created for the direct market. ''Batman and the Monster Men'' is an American comic book limited series written and drawn by Matt Wagner with colors by Dave Stewart, published by DC Comics in 2006 and starring the superhero Batman.
