Huaming Subdistrict
Huaming Subdistrict () is a subdistrict situated in the north side of Dongli District, Tianjin, China. It shares border with Xiditou and Zaojiacheng Towns in its north, Donglihu and Huaxin Subdistricts in its east, Junliangcheng and Jinqiao Subdistricts in its southeast, Tianjin Aviation Logistics District and Wanxin Subdistrict in its south, Lushan Avenue and Changzhou Avenue Subdistricts in its southwest, as well as Jinzhong and Yueyahe Subdistricts in its west. According to the result of the 2010 Chinese Census, its population is 64,138. Subdistrict (China)
A subdistrict ( zh, c= / , p=jiēdào / jiē, l=streets and avenues / streets) is one of the smaller administrative divisions of China, administrative divisions of China. It is a form of townships of China, township-level division which is typically part of a larger urban area, as opposed to a discrete towns of China, town (zhèn, 镇) surrounded by rural areas, or a rural townships of China, township (xiāng, 乡). Junliangcheng Subdistrict
Junliangcheng Subdistrict () is a subdistrict situated inside of Dongli District, Tianjin, China. It shares a border with Huaming and Donglihu Subdistricts to the north, Beitang and Xinhe Subdistricts in the east, Hujiayuan and Wuxia Subdistircts in the southeast, and Jinqiao Subdistrict in the southwest. The subdistrict has a population of 52,112 in the year 2010. At the time of the Tang dynasty, the imperial government set up a series of defenses in today's Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to deter invasions from Kumo Xi and Khitan. A granary was built along the Hai River to supply the defending troops. During the Song dynasty, the area around was referred to as Juliangcheng (), which later evolved to the name of Junliangcheng today. Hedong District, Tianjin
Hedong District () is located at the heart of the municipality of Tianjin, People's Republic of China. Its name literally means "east of the river", referring to its location east of the Hai River. Wanxin Subdistrict
Wanxin Subdistrict () is a Subdistrict (China), subdistrict located in the western part of Dongli District, Tianjin, Dongli District, Tianjin, China. It is situated to the south of Lushan Avenue Subdistrict, Lushan Avenue and Huaming Subdistricts, west of Xinli Subdistrict and Tianjin Aviation Logistics District, north of Shuanggang Town and Liulin Subdistrict, as well as east of Dongxin Subdistrict, Tianjin, Dongxin and Shanghang Road Subdistricts. Jinqiao Subdistrict (), formerly Meliuqiao Hui Ethnic Township, is a subdistrict located in the southern side of Dongli District, Tianjin, China.
