Petko Rosenov Hristov (; born 1 March 1999) is a Bulgarian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Serie B club Spezia and the Bulgaria national team. Career Slavia Sofia Hristov started his career in Levski Sofia, before relocating to Slavia Sofia in 2013. He made his senior debut for Slavia in a match of the Europa League against Polish club Zagłębie Lubin on 30 June 2016, coming on as a substitute for Georgi Yomov. Georgi Hristov ( Macedonian: Ѓорѓи Христов; born 30 January 1976) is a Macedonian former professional footballer who played as a striker. Dobri Hristov (; 14 December 1875 – 23 January 1941) was one of the major Bulgarian composers of the 20th century. He wrote mainly choral music, as well as some church music and music for the orchestra. Hristov was born in Varna, then in the Ottoman Empire. He graduated from the Prague Conservatory in 1903 (under the directorship of the famous Czech composer Antonín Dvořák). He returned to Bulgaria and helped with the development of Bulgarian music culture, using many Bulgarian folklore elements in his compositions. Marian Georgiev Hristov () (born 29 July 1973) is a Bulgarian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Since his retirement from playing, he has worked as an assistant manager. Club career Hristov started his professional career at PFC Balkan Botevgrad in 1993. He then went on to play at Slavia Sofia (1994–95) and Levski Sofia (1995–97) before joining Kaiserslautern in 1997. Valentin Hristov (, , born 30 March 1994) is a Bulgarian naturalized Azerbaijani weightlifter. He was initially awarded and subsequently stripped of a bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics, which would have been Azerbaijan's first-ever Olympic medal in this discipline. Hristov's personal trainer is Zlatan Vanev. He has been competing for Azerbaijan since 2011. Aleksandar Khristov () (born 28 July 1964) is a retired boxer from Bulgaria, who became world champion and represented his native country at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea. There he won the silver medal in the bantamweight (51 – 54 kg) division.
