Hrant Bagratyan
Hrant Ararati Bagratyan (; born 18 October 1958) is an Armenian politician. He was the Prime Minister of Armenia from 2 February 1993 until 4 November 1996, and a former member of the Pan-Armenian National Movement political party. He is the current leader of the Freedom Party. Education Hrant Bagratyan completed his primary and secondary education at School No. 49 from 1965 to 1975. He then pursued higher education at Yerevan State University from 1975 to 1979 before continuing his studies at the Institute of National Economy of Armenia. Between 1976 and 1978, he also studied at the Institute of National Economy’s Faculty of Public Law, earning a qualification as a lawyer. Furthering his academic career, Bagratyan undertook postgraduate studies at the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia from 1983 to 1986. Armen Sargsyan
Armen Sargsyan (Russian: Армен Нагапетович Саркисян; Armenian: Արմեն Նահապետի Սարգսյան; 20 September 1978 or 1979 – 3 February 2025) was an Armenian-born Russian gangster and businessman that was wanted by the Ukrainian government since 2014. He was the founder of the paramilitary during the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Biography Sargsyan was born in Armenia but moved to Horlivka, and often went by the pseudonym Armen Gorlovsky after the city. In the early 2000s Sargsyan rose through the ranks of a local gang and by 2009 controlled industrial facilities, including a coal producer and a machine-building plant. The American Biographical Institute (ABI) was a paid-inclusion vanity award publisher based in Raleigh, North Carolina which had been publishing biographical reference directories since 1967. It generated revenue from sales of valueless certificates and books to those listed. Each year the company awarded hundreds of "Man of the Year" or "Woman of the Year" awards at between $195 and $295 each. Its awards were frequently denounced as scams by politicians, journalists, and others. The Government of Western Australia's ScamNet service considers the American Biographical Institute to be a scam vanity publisher "who appeals to people who want a plaque on their wall or see their name in a book, even if the honour has no real credibility—in effect, they have purchased the honour."
