Howard Cox (British Politician)
Howard Christopher Cox (born December 1954) is a British politician and pro-motorist campaigner, known for being the founder of FairFuelUK, a group lobbying to freeze fuel tax and keep petrol prices down. Cox participated in the 2024 London mayoral election, representing Reform UK. In early 2025, Cox left Reform UK on "free speech grounds". FairFuelUK Cox founded the FairFuelUK pressure group in 2010. The campaign claimed to have saved drivers over £200bn in planned tax hikes in duty and VAT. FairFuelUK claims its funding comes from regular donations from supporters and in the past has come from Logistics UK, the Road Haulage Association, the RAC, Association of Pallet Networks, UKLPG and others. In 2022, it was found that Cox, who was at that time part of the "All-Party Parliamentary Group for Fair Fuel for UK Motorists and UK Hauliers", was also a director of a company called Ultimum, which markets a fuel additive. Lewisham, London
Lewisham ( ) is an area of southeast London, England, south of Charing Cross. It is the principal area of the London Borough of Lewisham, and was within the Historic counties of England, historic county of Kent until 1889. It is identified in the London Plan as one of 35 major centres in Greater London, with a large shopping centre and street market. Lewisham had a population of 60,573 in 2011. Richard James Sunley Tice (born 13 September 1964) is a British businessman and politician who has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Boston and Skegness and Deputy Leader of Reform UK since 2024, having previously been the chairman of the party from 2019 to 2021 and again briefly in 2024.
