Hossein Nejat
Mohammad-Hossein Zibayinejad ( fa, محمدحسین زیبایی‌نژاد), also known as Hossein Nejat ( fa, حسین نجات), is an Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commander who was served as the deputy for its Intelligence Organization. Career Following the Iranian Revolution, he joined the Mojahedin of the Islamic Revolution Organization, having previously been a member of ''Mansouroun'' guerrilla organization along with later fellow IRGC servicemen Rezaei, Shamkhani, Zolghadr and Rashid. In 1981, he was given the responsibility to protect the officials. In 2000, he became the commander of the Vali Amr corps, which is a protective security unit for the Supreme Leader of Iran and served in the capacity for ten years; and reportedly had a key role during the 2009 Iranian presidential election protests. Sardar (IRGC)
Sardar ( fa, سردار), roughly equivalent to "General", is the honorific title used for officers of high rank, ranking Second Brigadier General and higher in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps and commanders of the Law Enforcement Force of Islamic Republic of Iran (Police) who have previously served in the former military or the Islamic Revolution Committees, as well as the commanders of the disbanded Jihad of Construction. Mohammad Reza Naqdi
Mohammad Reza Naqdi (also spelled "Naghdi"; fa, محمدرضا نقدی) is a senior officer in the Revolutionary Guards. Background According to the biography published by the semi-official Fars News Agency, Naqdi was born in March 1961 in a middle-class religious family in Shapour neighbourhood of Tehran. Aging 16, he enrolled in University of Guilan in 1977 and co-founded its ''Anjoman-e Eslami''. He helped founding Jihad of Construction in June 1979, before joining the Revolutionary Guards Intelligence Unit. Esmaeil Kousari
Esmaeil Kowsari ( fa, اسماعیل کوثری, born 3 March 1955) is an Iranian military officer and conservative politician who was the deputy chief of Tharallah Headquarters, an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps unit responsible for maintaining security in Tehran. Kowsari was a member of the Parliament of Iran from 2008 to 2016, representing Tehran, Rey, Shemiranat and Eslamshahr. Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari ( fa, محمدعلی جعفری, born 1 September 1957, also known as Aziz Jafari and Ali Jafari) is a former commander-in-chief of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps from 2007 to 2019. Yahya "Rahim" Safavi ( fa, یحیی (رحیم) صفوی, born 1952) is an Iranian military commander who served as the chief commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Early life Safavi was born in 1952 in the city of Isfahan, Iran. Career Safavi was one of the leaders of the Iran–Iraq War. During the US-led invasion of Afghanistan, he played a key role in the uprising in Herat in November 2001, where American, Iranian and Northern Alliance troops supported a local uprising against the Taliban. He served as the deputy commander of Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps until 1997 when he was appointed its commander, replacing Mohsen Rezaee in 1997.
