Horizon
The horizon is the apparent curve that separates the surface of a celestial body from its sky when viewed from the perspective of an observer on or near the surface of the relevant body. This curve divides all viewing directions based on whether it intersects the relevant body's surface or not. The ''true horizon'' is a theoretical line, which can only be observed to any degree of accuracy when it lies along a relatively smooth surface such as that of Earth's oceans. At many locations, this line is obscured by terrain, and on Earth it can also be obscured by life forms such as trees and/or human constructs such as buildings. The resulting intersection of such obstructions with the sky is called the ''visible horizon''. ''Horizons'' is the fourth studio album by American singer-songwriter Kris Allen. It was released on August 12, 2014, by Allen's independent label, DogBear Records. Allen also organized a Stageit show as a release party for the record where he performed the full album set and also a song called Unique. Horizon (Remioromen Album)
is a Japanese rock band, formed by Ryōta Fujimaki, Keisuke Maeda and Osamu Jingūji in 2000. History Remioromen was formed in December 2000 with their current three person line up. They say that the name of the band has no real significance as a whole and was instead the result of wordplay. Playing rock-paper-scissors they allowed winners to decide one or more syllables first and losers to decide more syllables later. Fujimaki won and chose the first syllable from the Japanese phoneticization of the British band he liked "Radiohead", "re." Osamu Jingūji came second and chose his girlfriend's and his own given names' first syllables, "mio." Maeda came third, and since he liked trams, chose the first three syllables from the Japanese for tram "''romen''densha" (lit. ''road face'' train)". ''Horizon'' is the sixth studio album by American country music artist Eddie Rabbitt. It was released in 1980 under the Elektra Records label. The album produced two singles, both of which reached number one on country charts. The lead-off single "Drivin' My Life Away" reached number 5 on the Billboard 100 and 9 the Adult Contemporary chart. The other single, "I Love a Rainy Night" reached number one on all three charts, the only single in Rabbitt's career to ever do so. In 2009, the album was released in CD format. Horizon Records
Horizon Records was an American independent record label founded in 1962 by Dave Hubert. Horizon was originally a folk and blues label distributed by World Pacific Records. When Liberty Records acquired World Pacific in 1965, it also took over the distribution of Horizon. From 1974 to 1978 the label became a subsidiary imprint of A&M Records for issuing jazz. and pop, During this period, the label was known for producing albums with high-quality audio and packaging. The catalogue includes albums by Dave Brubeck, Ornette Coleman, Paul Desmond, Charlie Haden, and Jim Hall (musician), Jim Hall.
