Senahú
Senahú is a town and municipality of the Department of Alta Verapaz in the Republic of Guatemala. The community of San Antonio Senahú was founded by Q'eqchi' Mayan refugees from a series of 19th-century conflicts in the Ishi Mountains of Central Guatemala. By the mid-1870s, it had become a center of German settlement in Guatemala and a major source of coffee for the European market. On June 7, 2005 a mudslide killed 23 people, including several children. Most of the dead were of Mayan descent. The region's wealth is still formed by big coffee farms and other agricultural products. In the natural resources it can be found the river of the farm "Trece Aguas", the waterfalls Sereizi and a viewpoint in the general cemetery. Other famous places are the ruins of Chijolom and La Providencia. The Guatemala national football team () represents Guatemala in men's international association football, football and is controlled by the National Football Federation of Guatemala, Federación Nacional de Fútbol de Guatemala (). Founded in 1919, it has been affiliated to FIFA since 1946, as a member of CONCACAF. The team has made three Football at the Summer Olympics, Olympic tournament appearances, competing at the Football at the 1968 Summer Olympics, 1968, Football at the 1976 Summer Olympics, 1976, and Football at the 1988 Summer Olympics, 1988 Olympic Games. The 1968 Olympic football tournament was played as part of the 1968 Summer Olympics. The tournament features 16 men's national teams from five continental confederations. The 16 teams are drawn into four groups of four and each group plays a round-robin tournament. The 1968 Summer Olympics (), officially known as the Games of the XIX Olympiad () and officially branded as Mexico 1968 (), were an international multi-sport event held from 12 to 27 October 1968, in Mexico City, Mexico. These were the first Olympic Games to be staged in Latin America, the first to be staged in a Hispanophone, Spanish-speaking country, and the first to be staged in the Global South. Consequently, these games also marked the first time that there would be a gap of two Olympic Games not to be held in Europe.
