The Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital and Research Centre is a 300-bed oncology hospital in New Chandigarh, Punjab. It has been built by the Tata Memorial Centre. History The Punjab government granted of land for construction of the hospital. The foundation stone for the hospital was laid in 2013 by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. New Chandigarh is a new planned smart city near Mullanpur in the Mohali district (SAS Nagar) in Punjab, India. It has been designed as an extension of the city of Chandigarh. The Tata Memorial Hospital is situated in Parel, Mumbai, in India. Also popularly known as TMH.
