Holy Rosary College (previously known as ''Holy Rosary Secondary School''), is a Roman Catholic, all-girls secondary school in Old GRA, a neighborhood of Port Harcourt, the capital of Rivers State, Nigeria. History It was established in 1956 and is run by the Holy Rosary Sisters. It is located in the Diocese of Port Harcourt, currently led by Camillus Archibong Etokudoh. The serving principal, as of February 2014 is Veronica Efika. Felicity Okpete Ovai
Felicity Okpete Ovai (born 1961) is an engineer and academic from Degema, Rivers State in Nigeria. A member of the Rivers State People's Democratic Party, she was the first woman to be appointed Commissioner of Works, serving from 2003 to 2006. Education Ovai completed her secondary education at Holy Rosary Secondary School (now Holy Rosary College) in Port Harcourt. Ann-Kio Briggs, alternatively spelled Annkio Briggs, (born 29 July 1952 in England) is an English-born Nigerian environmentalist and human rights activist. She is the founder and director of the non-governmental organization Agape Birthrights. Camillus Archibong Etokudoh (; born 1949), is a prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as the third bishop of Port Harcourt from 2009 to 2025, following 20 years as bishop of Ikot Ekpene. Old GRA, Port Harcourt
The Old Government Reserved Area (Old GRA) is a neighborhood of the city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State in Nigeria. It was primarily inhabited by European settlers during colonial times and was then referred to as the ''European quarters''.
