Hitfist
Oto Melara Hitfist is a two-man turret for armored vehicles developed by the Italian Oto Melara company. The turrets are designed to mount a 25mm Oerlikon KBA or 30/40mm ATK Mk44 Bushmaster II autocannon. The main armament may mount a co-axial machine gun. A variant allows the operator to aim and fire anti-tank missiles. The turret, and its weapons, can be operated by a single individual. Oto Melara also sells a smaller remotely operated turret, named Hitrole, that mounts smaller weapons, like machine guns and automatic grenade launchers. Oto Melara sells a similar appearing remotely operated turret, called Hitfist OWS. The 30mm variant of the Hitfist turret adds to a vehicle's weight. KTO Rosomak
The KTO Rosomak () is a family of eight-wheeled armored fighting vehicles derived from the Finnish Patria AMV. It is produced by Rosomak S.A., a Polish Armaments Group company, in Siemianowice Śląskie. History The XC-360 transporter was developed as a successor to the Sisu XA-180 transporter, which had been in production since the early 1980s, and its subsequent versions. The first tactical and technical requirements for the new transporter were formulated in the mid-1990s, with the final version approved in 1999. A distinguishing feature of the vehicle was its modular construction and the reduction of physical signatures by limiting heat and noise emissions and specially shaping the hull to reduce radar reflection. The VBM – Freccia is a family of 8x8 armoured vehicles that was designed and manufactured for the Italian Army by Iveco Defence Vehicles for the hull, the engine and the suspension, and OTO Melara for the armament. Hitfist OWS is a remotely operated turret, for armored vehicles, developed by the Italian Oto Melara and derived from Hitfist. The turrets are designed to mount a main armament of an autocannon of 25 or 30 mm caliber. The main armament may mount a co-axial machine gun. A variant allows the operator to aim and fire anti-tank guided missiles. The turret is normally operated by a gunner who remains inside the vehicle, using remote optics and remote control. However, in the event of a power failure, the gunner can use a hatch primarily designed for reloading ammunition to aim and fire the turrets weapons manually. Oerlikon KBA
The Oerlikon KBA is a 25 mm caliber, 25 mm (25×137mm) autocannon which was developed as a close range multipurpose weapon for the mechanised battlefield. It was originally made by Oerlikon (now Rheinmetall Air Defence, Rheinmetall AG), and is currently produced in Rheinmetall Italia S.p.A. facilities. It is a positively locked breech, Gas-operated reloading, gas and recoil operated cannon with a Rotating bolt, rotating bolt head and a dual-belt selective feed system taking a 25 mm caliber, 25mm NATO cartridge. Mk44 Bushmaster II
The Mk44 Bushmaster II is a 30 mm chain gun manufactured by Northrop Grumman. It is a derivative of the 25 mm M242 Bushmaster, and uses 70% of the same parts as the M242 while increasing the firepower by as much as 50% with the 20% increase in caliber size. The barrel is chromium-plated for extended life. The gun uses standard GAU-8 Avenger ammunition that is available in API (Armor-Piercing Incendiary), HEI (High-Explosive Incendiary) and APFSDS-T (Armor-Piercing Fin-Stabilized Discarding Sabot-Tracer) variants. The gun can be converted to a caliber of 40×180 mm, which involves changing the barrel and a few key parts, to use the SuperShot 40 cartridge. The Dardo is an infantry fighting vehicle designed for the Italian Army as a replacement for the M113 APC. It is designed and built by the Iveco Fiat Oto Melara Syndicated Company based in Rome. Iveco is responsible for the hull and propulsion systems, while Oto Melara is responsible for the weapons and fire control systems. The UKM-2000 (''Uniwersalny Karabin Maszynowy'', "Universal Machine Gun") is a 7.62×51mm NATO general-purpose machine gun designed and manufactured by Zakłady Mechaniczne Tarnów in Tarnów, Poland.
