Hino 600
The Hino 600 (also known as the 145, 165, 185, 238, 258, 268, 338 and 358 nameplates, and as the 'L Series' since the 2021 model year) is a conventional cab medium-duty truck manufactured since 2004 in the US by Hino. Hino 600 Series (2004) The first-generation 600 was introduced in 2004 for the United States and in 2005 for the Canadian market to replace the fourth generation F-Series cabover. The facelift model 600 was introduced in 2007 for both the American and Canadian markets. Some CKD kits were imported from Japan. Class 4 and 5 models were replaced by the Hino 155 and 195 in 2012. Hino Motors, Ltd., commonly known as Hino, is a Japanese manufacturer of commercial vehicles and diesel engines (including those for trucks, buses and other vehicles) headquartered in Hino, Tokyo. The Hino Ranger () is a medium or heavy duty commercial truck produced by Hino Motors since 1964. In the domestic market, its principal competitors are Isuzu Forward, Nissan Diesel Condor, Nissan Diesel/UD Condor and Mitsubishi Fuso Fighter. Outside of Japan, it is also known as the '500 Series' and as part of the 'F-Series,' 'G-Series' and 'S-Series'. Hino XL
The Hino XL series are the identical series of Class 7 and 8 conventional cab trucks produced by Hino Motors primarily in the United States and Canada. Introduced in 2019, it was the first model launched by Hino Motors under the modernized nameplate, next to the Class 6/7 L series and the Class 4/5 M series. It is the first truck powered by Hino's newly developed 9-liter diesel engine. The Hino Dutro () is a light commercial truck manufactured by Hino Motors. It is a rebadged version of the Toyota Dyna. Like the Dyna and its twin Toyota ToyoAce, ToyoAce, the 1st generation Dutro was built on the U300 platform for the standard cab, or U400 platform for the wide cab and offered in many different chassis type suitable for different purposes.
