She has also revealed that "Himika Akaneya" is not just her stage name, but her actual name as well. On July 5, 2023, she made her solo singer debut with her debut single "Stereo Sunset (Prod. AmPm)", releasing on November 22, 2023. The song was used at the ending theme song for the anime, ''MF Ghost''. It is produced by the computer graphics (CG) animation studio Orange (animation studio), Orange and directed and written by Takahiko Kyōgoku and Toshiya Ono, respectively. It follows the Lustrous – immortal humanoid lifeforms who are the embodiments of gemstones – who fight to defend themselves against a celestial humanoid race known as the Lunarians, who seek to harvest their bodies for decorations.
