Hilario Gelbolingo Davide Jr. (born December 20, 1935) is a Filipino lawyer, professor, diplomat, constitutionalist and former politician, who served as the 20th chief justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines and Permanent Representative of the Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Philippines to the United Nations. As constitutionalist, Davide led the creation of the Legislative branch, and also wrote the most resolutions and the bulk of the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines, becoming its father and primary author. Hilario Candela (June 4, 1934 – January 18, 2022) was a Cuban-born American architect best known for his design of the Miami Marine Stadium on Virginia Key, Florida. Career After studying architecture at Georgia Institute of Technology, Hilario Candela returned to his home country where he briefly worked at the Cuban firm SACMAG (Saenz-Cancio-Martin-Alvarez-Gutierrez, architects) between 1958 and 1959. During this period, the firm was working with Spanish-born architect Félix Candela, a distant relative of Hilario, on the Bacardí warehouse in Mexico. This experience – coupled with previous summer internships in the office of Max Borges Jr., the architect of the famed Tropicana Club in Havana – ultimately influenced his approach to designing the Marine Stadium for which he is best known. Nenê (; born Maybyner Rodney Hilário, September 13, 1982) is a Brazilian former professional basketball player. Known previously as Nenê Hilario, he legally changed his name to simply Nenê in 2003. Early life Born Maybyner Rodney Hilário in São Carlos, Brazil, he was nicknamed "Nenê" (a variation of Brazilian Portuguese for ''baby'') because he was the youngest in both his family and his group of childhood friends. Like most Brazilian children, he played soccer from an early age; due to his skills, he was invited to train with pro clubs.
