High Street Railway Station, New South Wales
High Street railway station is located on the Main Northern line in New South Wales, Australia. It serves the High Street area of Maitland opening on 27 May 1856. High Street formerly had a wooden structure on the footbridge, however this was destroyed by fire in 1987 and replaced with a waiting shelter on the platform. Only the eastern half of the platform remains in use, with the western part fenced off. Platforms & services High Street has one island platform with two faces. It is serviced by NSW TrainLink Hunter Line services travelling between Newcastle, Maitland and Telarah. It is also serviced by one early morning service to Scone. High Street (IND Eighth Avenue Line)
The High Street station, also signed as High Street–Brooklyn Bridge, and also referred to as Brooklyn Bridge Plaza and Cranberry Street, is a station on the IND Eighth Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. It is located at Cadman Plaza East near Red Cross Place and the Brooklyn Bridge approach in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn. Its name comes from older street names; its original location was at the intersection of High Street and Washington Street. It is served by the A train at all times and the C train at all times except late nights. History The High Street station was part of a three-stop extension of the IND Eighth Avenue Line from Chambers Street in Lower Manhattan to Jay Street–Borough Hall in Downtown Brooklyn. Construction of the extension began in June 1928. Clapham High Street railway station is on the South London line in Clapham, within the London Borough of Lambeth, Greater London. It is measured from (the former LC&DR platforms also being measured from ). It is served by London Overground services, with a limited service to under the control of the London Rail division of Transport for London. High Street Kensington Tube Station
High Street Kensington is a London Underground station on Kensington High Street, in Kensington. The station is on the Circle line between Gloucester Road and Notting Hill Gate, and the District line between Earl's Court and Notting Hill Gate and is in Travelcard Zone 1. Kensington Arcade forms the entrance to the station. Services The station itself has four platforms─two through platforms and two bay platforms. Platform 1 is used for anticlockwise Circle line and westbound District line trains towards Gloucester Road and Earl's Court respectively. Platform 2 is for clockwise Circle line and eastbound District line trains towards Edgware Road. Platforms 3 and 4 are used for terminating District line trains from Earl's Court. High Street was a tram stop on Greater Manchester's light rail Metrolink network, located in Manchester city centre, England. It was on the east side of High Street opposite Manchester Arndale, between the present Shudehill tram stop and Market Street tram stop. The stop opened on 27 April 1992.
