High Precision Systems
High Precision Systems () is a holding company within the Russian state-owned Rostec group involved in the defence-industry complex. It focuses on high-precision systems and weapons for the combat tactical zone. It implements the full production cycle of weapons and defence equipment, from generating ideas to product distribution. According to Jane's Information Group, Rostec is seeking to sell a 49% stake in High Precision Systems. The company reported in May 2025 that it has increased production by 2,5 to 25 times in some areas during the 2022-2025 period. JSC Tulamashzavod () also known as Tula Machine-Building Plant is a company based in Tula, Russia. During the Soviet era it was known for its production of weapons and motorcycles. It is part of High Precision Systems, a Rostec company. Tulamashzavod was established in 1879. It is a major producer of guns and missiles for land, air, and naval forces. It is also a large producer of civilian motorscooters, of which it built 97,000 in 1989. It has two design bureaus, one for civilian, and another for military goods. The Machine-Building Plant is adjacent to the Tula Arms Plant. Kovrov () is a city in Vladimir Oblast, Russia, located on the right bank of the Klyazma River, a tributary of the Oka.
