Hieu Minh Ngo
Ngo Minh Hieu (also known as Hieu PC; born October 8, 1989) is a Vietnamese people, Vietnamese Computer security, cyber security specialist and a former hacker and Identity theft, identity thief. He was convicted in the United States of stealing millions of people's personally identifiable information and in 2015 he was sentenced to 13 years in U.S. federal prison. After his Parole, early release from prison in 2020, Hieu returned to Vietnam and was recruited by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) under the Ministry of Information and Communications (Vietnam), Ministry of Information and Communications as a technical expert. Currently, he holds the positions of director of the limited liability ChongLuaDao Social Enterprise Limited Liability Company and manager of the non-profit project Chong Lua Dao, ChongLuaDao, which he co-founded with his partners at the end of 2020. Nguyễn Văn Hiếu
Major General Nguyễn Văn Hiếu (23 June 1929, Tianjin, China – 8 April 1975, Biên Hòa, Vietnam) was a general in the South Vietnamese Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN). As a child he lived in Shanghai. He later emigrated with his ethnic Vietnamese parents to Saigon when the Chinese Communist Party took over China in 1949. He attended Aurore University in Shanghai, China. In 1950, he attended the Vietnamese Military Academy, graduating second in his class in 1951. Hieu Van Le
Hieu Van Le, (; born 1 January 1954) was the 35th governor of South Australia, in office from 1 September 2014 to 31 August 2021. He served as the state's lieutenant-governor from 2007 to 2014. He also served as chair of the South Australian Multicultural and Ethnic Affairs Commission (SAMEAC) from 2006 to 2009. Le is the first person of Asian heritage to be appointed a state governor in Australia, and first person of Vietnamese background to be appointed to a vice-regal position anywhere in the world. Vương Trung Hiếu (born 1959) is a Vietnamese fiction writer, journalist, translator, and interdisciplinary scholar. He is the author of more than two hundred books (including genre writing; novels; anthologies and translations). Many of his works are published under the pseudonym Thoai Son. Trong Hieu Nguyen (; born 4 July 1992), known professionally as Trong Hieu or simply Trong (stylised in all caps), is a German singer and dancer of Vietnamese descent. He is known for winning the sixth season of ''Vietnam Idol'' in 2015. Hieu Minh Nguyen (Vietnamese name: Nguyễn Minh Hiếu) is a Vietnamese-American poet based in Minneapolis. A graduate of the Warren Wilson College MFA Program, his writing has appeared in ''PBS NewsHour'', ''POETRY magazine, BuzzFeed, Poetry London, Best American Poetry, The New York Times, Muzzle Magazine, The Paris-American, ''the '' Indiana Review, and more.'' He identifies as queer. Hieu (abbess)
Hieu was a 7th-century Ireland, Irish abbess who worked in Northumbria. She was foundress of abbeys at Hartlepool and Healaugh, Tadcaster, Healaugh in Yorkshire England. Hieu was also the first of the saintly recluses of Northumbria, and the first known woman to rule a double monastery. Life Nothing is known of her early life, until she met Aidan of Lindisfarne who appointed her abbess of Hartlepool Abbey and subsequently a monastery at Healaugh near Tadcaster. She died at Healaugh on 12 March of an unknown year in the 7th century. It is possible that the towns of Hartlepool (Hereteu) and Healaugh are named after her. Hieu's Memorial (liturgy), memorial is kept on September 2.September 2/September 15.

Colonel General Nguyễn Huy Hiệu (born 1947) is an officer of the Vietnam People's Army and current Deputy Minister of Defence of Vietnam. Enlisted in 1965, Nguyễn Huy Hiệu fought in various battlefields during Vietnam War, especially the Battle of Quảng Trị where he was appointed commander of battalion at the age of 23.
