Hey Sarasu
''Hey Sarasu'' is a 2016 Indian Kannada-language comedy film directed by B Ramamurthy and starring Ramesh Aravind, Saritha Jain and Ashwini. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film '' Chandralekha'' (1997) by Priyadarshan. The film was released after a seven year delay. Cast Production Shooting for the film was finished by July 2009. Soundtrack The music was composed by G R Shankar. KCN Chandrashekar, the former president of the Kannada Film Producers Association, attended the audio launch in 2009 as the chief guest. The audio rights were purchased by Anand Audio. Release The film remained unreleased in 2010. In 2012, Ramesh Aravind was unsure of why the film was not released yet. ''Chandralekha'' is a 1997 Indian Malayalam-language comedy film written and directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Fazil. It stars Mohanlal, Sukanya, Pooja Batra, Sreenivasan, Nedumudi Venu, and Innocent. The film's title is a portmanteau of the two female lead characters' names—Chandra and Lekha. Nanditha (born 28 February) is an Indian singer. Best known as a playback singer in the Kannada film industry, she sings in other languages such as Tamil and Telugu.
