Hexalogy
A hexalogy (from Greek ἑξα- ''hexa-'', "six" and -λογία ''-logia'', "discourse") is a compound literary or narrative work that is made up of six distinct works. The word apparently first appeared in English as a borrowing from German, in discussions of August Bungert's Wagnerian opera cycle entitled ''Homerische Welt'' based on the Iliad and the Odyssey.William Foster Apthorp. Heisei Ultraseven
is a collective of Japanese direct-to-video instalments, serving as a standalone sequel to the 1967-68 tokusatsu series '' Ultraseven''. The series took place in an alternate universe featuring ''Ultraseven'' diverging from '' Ultraman'' and other succeeding Ultra Series starting from '' Return of Ultraman''. The project initially started as a pair of television specials in the year 1994, made to promote the environmental awareness in Japan. It received a trilogy of specials in 1998 to promote ''Ultraseven'''s 30th anniversary and a hexalogy in 1999 to ostensibly wrapping up the entire series. Luv(Sic) Hexalogy
Luv(Sic) Hexalogy is an album collaboration created and finalized posthumously by the Japanese producer Nujabes (Seba Jun), who died before the completion of the album, and Japanese American hip hop artist Shing02 (Shingo Annen). It is a jazz hip hop album (hexalogy), that incorporates latin jazz/soul samples and drum beats to create the instrumentals. The scratching was performed by various DJs and the vocals/lyrics were created by Shing02. Background Luv(Sic)'s title is a purposely misspelled play on words, with the Latin 'sic' referring to a misspelled quote. ''Tunnels'' is a subterranean fiction novel by British authors Roderick Gordon and Brian Williams. It was initially self-published as The Highfield Mole in 2005, and re-released as ''Tunnels'' by The Chicken House in 2007. The story follows Will Burrows, a 14-year-old 'archaeologist', who stumbles upon an underground civilization called The Colony. Will and his friend Chester flee The Colony and set out to find Will's father, in the Deeps, a place even deeper in the Earth than The Colony. , better known by his stage name , was a Japanese record producer, audio engineer, DJ, composer and arranger best known for his atmospheric instrumental mixes sampling from hip hop, soul, and jazz, as well as incorporating elements of trip hop, breakbeat, downtempo, and ambient music. Seba released two studio albums during his lifetime: ''Metaphorical Music'' (2003) and ''Modal Soul'' (2005), while the album '' Spiritual State'' was released posthumously in 2011.
