Herold Leonhard Driedger (March 28, 1942 – October 1, 2024) was a politician in the Provinces and territories of Canada, Canadian province of Manitoba. He was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba from 1988 to 1990, representing the Winnipeg electoral district (Canada), riding of Niakwa (Manitoba riding), Niakwa for the Manitoba Liberal Party. Driedger worked as a teacher before entering public life. He first sought election to the Manitoba legislature in the 1986 Manitoba general election, 1986 provincial election, running for Sidney Green (politician), Sidney Green's Progressive Party of Manitoba (II), Progressive Party in the riding of Radisson (electoral district), Radisson. Spartus Corporation was an American consumer electronics manufacturer originally based in Chicago, Illinois. Founded as the Utility Manufacturing Company in 1934, it produced a wide variety of products, including wall clocks, alarm clocks, electric shavers, analog cameras, and more. It sold these through a medley of brands—including Falcon, Spartus, Galter, Regal, Monarch, Spencer, among others. It was founded in 1934 by Jack Galter (1904–1993) as a continuation of his father's manufacturing company. In 1951, Utility was purchased by its sales manager, Harold Rubin, who renamed the company Herold Manufacturing Company. Herold is a brand of beer made in Herold Březnice Brewery, a small brewery in Březnice (Příbram District), Březnice, a town 60 kilometres south of Prague, Czech Republic. History Beer was first noted to have been commercially brewed in 1506. Its age puts it firmly towards the top of the list of List of oldest companies, world's oldest continuously operating companies. Darry Herold Goulon (born 12 June 1988) is a French professional footballer. Club career Middlesbrough Goulon, in 2001, was selected to attend the famous Clairefontaine academy. After leaving the academy, he joined French champions Olympique Lyonnais.
