Hermann Gassner
Hermann Gassner Jr (born 29 November 1988 in Bad Reichenhall) is a German rally driver, currently competing in the Super 2000 World Rally Championship (SWRC). His father Hermann Gassner Sr is also a rally driver. Career Gassner won the Suzuki Rallye Cup in Germany in 2007, finishing seventh overall in the German Rally Championship and winning Division 4. He made his World Rally Championship debut on Rally Deutschland, which was also a round of the German championship. In 2008 he finished fourth in the German championship in a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo IX. He was also the runner-up in the Mitropa Rally Cup behind his father. He contested the German and British rounds of the WRC, finishing 27th and 20th respectively. In 2009 Gassner won the German Rally Championship with four wins, as well as the Mitropa Rally Cup. 2010 Rallye De France
The 2010 Rallye de France was the first running of the Rallye de France–Alsace and the eleventh round of the 2010 World Rally Championship season. The rally took place over 1–3 October 2010, and was based in Strasbourg, the capital of the Alsace region. The rally was also the eighth round of the Production World Rally Championship, the ninth round of the Super 2000 World Rally Championship and the fifth round of the Junior World Rally Championship. Sébastien Loeb became champion for the seventh successive season by claiming his 60th WRC win on the streets of his birthplace, Haguenau. Dani Sordo was second and Petter Solberg was third. 2011 Jordan Rally
The 2011 Jordan Rally was the fourth round of the 2011 World Rally Championship season. The rally took place over 14–16 April, and was based beside the Dead Sea, some from the country's capital, Amman. The rally was also be the second round of the Super 2000. The rally concluded with the closest finish in the history of the World Rally Championship. Heading into the final '' Power Stage'', Jari-Matti Latvala held a lead of 0.5 seconds over Sébastien Ogier, but Ogier overhauled his rival by just 0.2 seconds after winning the stage by 0.04 seconds over Latvala's Ford teammate Mikko Hirvonen, and crucially, 0.7 seconds over Latvala. Sébastien Loeb finished third ahead of Hirvonen. Bernardo Sousa won the Super 2000 class with a tenth place overall finish. ADAC Rallye Deutschland''), 10th round of 2007 World Rally Championship, run on August 17–19: Report Sébastien Loeb had won the Rallye Deutschland for the sixth time in a row, something no other driver had managed to do before. In the Drivers' World Championship, the defending champion gained five points over the leading Marcus Grönholm, who lost two places on Sunday due to a driving error, when a cow along the route disturbed Grönholm's concentration, damaging the rear of the car very badly and ended up fourth after her teammate Mikko Hirvonen. François Duval drove a flawless rally and secured second place overall. The privateer was able to win all five special stages on Sunday and worked his way up to second place in the final kilometers of the "Moselwein 2" stage (SS19). 2007 Rally Portugal
The 2007 Vodafone Rally de Portugal was the 41st Rally de Portugal and the fifth round of the 2007 World Rally Championship season. It took place between March 30–April 1, 2007 and consisted of 18 special stages. 61 drivers finished the rally and the winner was Citroën's Sébastien Loeb, followed by Subaru's Petter Solberg and Citroën's Dani Sordo. All Ford Focus RS WRC 06 drivers were given five-minute time penalties, because the glass used in the cars' rear side windows was 0.5 mm too thin. 2007 Rally México
The 21º Corona Rally México, the fourth round of the 2007 World Rally Championship season, took place between March 9–11 2007. The rally consisted of 20 special stages, of which five were super specials. The event was won by Citroën's Sébastien Loeb, followed by Ford drivers Marcus Grönholm and Mikko Hirvonen. The drivers' championship leaders, Grönholm and Hirvonen, were the first drivers on road and lost time as they had to sweep the loose gravel. They were followed by Loeb, who was able to keep close to Subaru's Petter Solberg, who benefited from his better starting position during the first three stages. 2007 Monte Carlo Rally
The 2007 Monte Carlo Rally (formally known as the ) was a rallying autosports race held over four days between and , and operated out of , France. It was the first race of the 2007 World Rally Championship season, 2007 World Rally Championship (WRC) season. Contested over fifteen stages at a length of , Sébastien Loeb won the race for the Citroën Total World Rally Team. Dani Sordo finished second in the other Citröen works car, with Marcus Grönholm finishing third in a BP-Ford World Rally Team, Ford.
