Hercules (1983 Film)
''Hercules'' is a 1983 fantasy film written and directed by Luigi Cozzi and starring bodybuilder-turned-actor Lou Ferrigno, Brad Harris, Sybil Danning, and William Berger. It is loosely based on Greek mythology, plus elements of Cozzi's earlier science fiction opus, '' Starcrash''. It received mostly negative reviews, but was a modest financial success. Ferrigno reprised his role in the 1985 sequel, '' The Adventures of Hercules''. Premise The film is a retelling of the story of Hercules battling the wizard King Minos, who uses "science" in an attempt to take over the world. Hercules must stop him, and rescue his beloved princess. Cast Giovanni Cianfriglia and Mindi Miller also appear in bit parts. Drew Struzan (; born March 18, 1947) is an American retired artist, illustrator and cover designer. He is known for his more than 150 movie posters, which include ''The Shawshank Redemption'', ''Blade Runner'', ''E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial'', as well as films in the ''Indiana Jones'', ''Back to the Future (franchise), Back to the Future'', ''Harry Potter (film series), Harry Potter'', and ''Star Wars'' film series. Franco Garofalo (actor)
Franco Garofalo (18 April 1946 – 22 August 2019), sometimes credited as "Frank Garfield", was an Italian character actor and writer. He is best-known for his role as Zantoro, an eccentric but good-intentioned commando soldier, in the 1980 zombie horror film '' Hell of the Living Dead'', as well as for various roles in independent productions of Italian cinema in the 1970s and 1980s. Early life Franco Garofalo was born in Naples, Italy in 1946. He was the son of an affluent lawyer in the 1950s postwar climate. He attended various schools and would perform amateur acting and poetry for fun. Claudio Cassinelli
Claudio Cassinelli (13 September 1938 – 13 July 1985) was an Italian film, stage and television actor. Life and career Born in Bologna to Giuseppina Tafani and Antonio Cassinelli, a well known opera singer, he had two sisters, Paola Cristina and Loretta. Cassinelli began his career in theater, later dedicating himself to film and television work. His film career is divided equally between auteur films (with, among others, Paolo and Vittorio Taviani, Liliana Cavani, Pasquale Festa Campanile, Damiano Damiani) and genre films, especially poliziotteschi and action films. Cassinelli died in Page, Arizona during the filming of a scene in Sergio Martino's ''Vendetta dal futuro''. He was on a helicopter that crashed into the Navajo Bridge due to pilot error. Athena

Dorcon () is a character in the ancient Greek novel ''Daphnis and Chloe'' by Longus Longus, sometimes Longos (), was the author of an ancient Greek novel or romance, '' Daphnis and Chloe''. In Greek mythology, Circe (; ) is an enchantress, sometimes considered a goddess or a nymph.
