Henrik Bjørn Valeur (; born 13 October 1966) is a Danish architect-urbanist, founder and creative director of UiD (Denmark) and UiD Shanghai Co., Ltd (China), curator of ''CO-EVOLUTION: Danish/Chinese Collaboration on Sustainable Urban Development in China'', which was awarded the Golden Lion at the Venice Biennale of Architecture in 2006, and author of the book India: the Urban Transition, ''India: the Urban Transition - a Case Study of Development Urbanism'' (2014), which is based on his experiences teaching, researching and practicing in India.Richa Sharma. Delhi, officially the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, is a city and a union territory of India containing New Delhi, the capital of India.
