"Henna" is a song by Swedish pop artist of Iranian origin Cameron Cartio featuring the raï Algerian singer Khaled. Music was composed by Alex Papaconstantinou to lyrics by Khaled (Arabic) and Cameron Cartio in Persian language. The song was produced by Alex Papaconstantinou and mastered at Cutting Room in Stockholm. The song was from the debut album of Cameron Cartio entitled '' Borderless''. Khaled's involvement began after Cameron ended his relationship with his girlfriend, who was a devoted Khaled fan. Cartio, an aspiring and relatively obscure artist at the time, penned the lyrics in his own constructed language and sent them to Khaled. Kamran Sabahi (; born 9 April 1978), known professionally as Cameron Cartio, is an Iranian-born Swedish pop singer. Being signed to Sony Music, he released his debut album ''Borderless'' in 2005. Cameron having been signed earlier to Taraneh Records and Sherfa Music is now signed to Avang Music and has a publishing deal with Universal Music Group Scandinavia and is working on his new songs. He remains popular in Iran, Sweden, as well as in the Iranian diaspora. Career Cameron Cartio started his music career in Sweden. Alec Cartio is an Swedish Iranians, Iranian-Swedish-American music video, automotive commercial and film director. He is best known for his work, which modernized the Iranian music video industry.
