Heman Dass (Urdu: ہیمان داس) is a Pakistani Politician and a Member of Senate of Pakistan. Political career He belongs to Baluchistan Province. In March 2012 he was elected to the Senate of Pakistan on reserved seat for minority as Jameet Ulema Islam (F) candidate. He is a member of Senate committee of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Federal Education and Professional Training, Planning Development and Reform and Functional Committee on Human Rights. A senate is a deliberative assembly, often the upper house or chamber of a bicameral legislature. Hinduism is the second largest religious affiliation in Pakistan after Islam. While Hinduism was one of the dominant faiths in the region a few centuries back, today Hindus account for 2.14% of Pakistan's population or 4.4 million people according to the 2017 Pakistan Census, although Pakistan Hindu Council has claimed that there are 8 million Hindus living in Pakistan, making up 4% of the country's population. Hafiz Hamdullah Saboor (Urdu: حافظ حمد اللہ صبور) is a Pakistani politician who previously served as the member of Senate of Pakistan. Mamnoon Hussain ( ur, ; 22 December 1941 – 14 July 2021) was a Pakistani politician and industrialist who served as the 12th president of Pakistan from 2013 to 2018.
