Helli Louise Brunchmann Jacobson, often billed as Helli Louise (2 August 1949 – 22 June 2018), was a Danish born actress who appeared in British films and television, including ''The Benny Hill Show'', during the 1970s. Career Jacobson was born on 2 August 1949 in Copenhagen, Denmark. She moved to the United Kingdom in the early 1970s, studying at the London Film School 1971, and developing a curious Copenhagen/Cockney accent along the way. Represented by Barrie Stacey Promotions during her British acting career, she appeared in John Jesnor Lindsay's film ''The Hot Girls'' (1974), a fake ''exposé'' of the modelling world. More mainstream work included guest appearances in ''The Sweeney'' and ''The Goodies'', and roles in '' Carry On Behind'' (1975) and several other British sex comedies. ''Soft Beds, Hard Battles'' is a 1974 British comedy film directed by Roy Boulting, starring Peter Sellers (in several roles), Curt Jurgens, Lila Kedrova and Jenny Hanley. Sellers reunited with the Boulting brothers for this farce, in which the women of a brothel help the war effort to rid the world of the Nazi peril - in the bedroom. ''Love Thy Neighbour'' is a British television sitcom that was broadcast from 13 April 1972 until 22 January 1976. The show spanned eight series, lasted for 53 episodes (plus an unaired pilot) and was produced by Thames Television for the ITV network. The principal cast consists of Jack Smethurst, Rudolph Walker, Nina Baden-Semper, and Kate Williams. In 1973, the series was adapted into a film of the same name, and a later sequel series was set in Australia. ''Up Sunday'' was a British late night comedy satire TV show shown on BBC2 that ran for 55 editions over four series from January 1972 to December 1973, featuring many comedy stars of its era. It was a spin-off from the arts discussion show ''Late Night Line-Up'', and created by its Programme Editor, the late Mike Hill. Initially the show featured the "long, rambling topical reflections" of Willie Rushton and James Cameron. These were later pruned, and the cast enlarged to feature the likes of Clive James, Kenny Everett and John Wells. All broadcast late on a Sunday night.
