Helge Hagerup
Helge Hagerup (21 April 1933 – 12 August 2008) was a Norwegian playwright, poet and novelist. He was born in Trondheim, a son of Inger Hagerup, and brother of Klaus Hagerup. He made his literary debut in 1949 with the short story collection ''Vi fem i annen etasje''. He was best known as playwright. Among his plays staged at Nationaltheatret are ''Løfter om kjærlighet'' from 1960, ''Superboy'' from 1968, and ''Camp'' from 1976. Trondheim ( , , ; ), historically Kaupangen, Nidaros, and Trondhjem (), is a city and municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. As of 2022, it had a population of 212,660. Inger Hagerup
Inger Hagerup (née Halsør; 12 April 1905, in Bergen (city), Bergen – 6 February 1985, in Fredrikstad (town), Fredrikstad) was a Norwegian people, Norwegian writer, playwright and poet. She is considered one of the greatest Norwegian poets of the 20th century. Life and career Inger Johanne Halsør was born in Bergen (city), Bergen, Norway. Her father died when she was five years old. For several years, her family moved around, until they settled in the Nordfjord district and later in Volda Municipality. In 1931, she married Anders Askevold Hagerup (1904–1979), who was a teacher, translator and children's book author. They settled at Haugerud, Oslo, and became the parents of two distinguished Norwegian authors, Klaus Hagerup and Helge Hagerup. Klaus Hagerup
Klaus Hagerup (5 March 1946 – 20 December 2018) was a Norwegian author, translator, screenwriter, actor and director. He was also known for his role of Tom in the film ''The Chieftain'' (1984). Career The youngest of two brothers, he debuted with the poem collection "''Slik tenker jeg på dere''" ("This is how I think about you") in 1969. During 1968–69 he worked at the Bergen theatre Den Nationale Scene and later at Nationaltheatret and Hålogaland Teater as an actor, instructor, director and writer. He has also acted in several movies, but is better known as a writer of plays for scene and radio theater. He also wrote many well-known books, mostly for teenagers, but also for older and younger readers. He is best known for his books about the insecure teenage boy Markus. The National Theatre in Oslo () is one of Norway's largest and most prominent venues for performance of dramatic arts. The Prix Italia is an international television, radio-broadcasting and web award. Knut Helle
Knut Helle (19 December 1930 – 27 June 2015) was a Norwegian historian. A professor at the University of Bergen from 1973 to 2000, he specialized in the late medieval history of Norway. He has contributed to several large works. Early life, education and marriage He was born in Larvik as the son of school inspector Hermann Olai Helle (1893–1973) and teacher Berta Marie Malm (1906–1991). He was the older brother of politician Ingvar Lars Helle. The family moved to Hetland when Knut Helle was seventeen years old. He took the examen artium in Stavanger in 1949, and a teacher's education in Kristiansand in 1952. He studied philology in Oslo and Bergen, and graduated with the cand.philol. degree in 1957.
