Helah Kiprop
Helah Kiprop Jelagat (born 7 April 1985) is a Kenyan professional long-distance runner who competes in the half marathon and marathon. Her personal bests for the events are 1:07:39 minutes and 2:21:27 hours, respectively. She has won the Berlin Half Marathon, the Egmond Half Marathon and the Zwolle Half Marathon. She was the 2014 winner of the Seoul International Marathon and came fourth at the 2013 Berlin Marathon. Career Early career Kiprop had her first win in a European road race in Nogent-sur-Marne in 2005, running 32:55 minutes at the local 10K run. She began training with GS Valsugana Trentino, an athletics club in Trento, Italy, and made a successful half marathon debut in September 2005, taking third place at the high profile Lille Half Marathon with a time of 74:02 minutes. Nyeri is a town situated in the Central Highlands of Kenya. It is the county headquarters of Nyeri County. Brauerei Paderborner is a brewery in the German city of Paderborn. The traditional Westphalian brewery was purchased by the German brewery-major Warsteiner in 1990. The Paderborner beer range The Paderborner brewery was founded in 1852. Since 1990 it has been part of the Warsteiner brewery group. There are two different sorts of Paderborner. The first is simply called "Paderborner Pilsener" and has a rather herbal taste with an unusual sweetness which is actually hops. The Marseille-Cassis Classique Internationale is an annual half marathon which follows a course from Marseille to Cassis in France during the last weekend in October. Meseret Mengistu Biru (born 6 March 1990) is an Ethiopian female long-distance runner who competes mainly in road running events. She holds a personal best of 2:23:26 hours for the marathon. She represented Ethiopia at the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships in 2008 and 2010, winning a team silver medal at the latter edition. She was the 2015 winner of the Paris Marathon, improving her best by over six minutes in the process. She had her second win over the distance at the 2016 Beijing Marathon. Nice Half Marathon
The Nice Half Marathon (french: Semi-marathon international de Nice) is an annual road running competition over the half marathon distance (21.1 km) held in April in the city of Nice, France. It is organised by the Azur Sport Organisation, who hold several races in the region, including the annual French Riviera Marathon. The men's course record is held by Bernard Kiprop Koech of Kenya, who at 59:57 minutes is the only man to win the race in under an hour. The women's record of 1:08:42 dates back to 2003, when Olympic medallist Isabella Ochichi won the race. Tuskys Wareng Cross Country
The Tuskys Wareng Cross Country is an annual cross country running competition that takes place in November near Eldoret in Kenya. The name is derived from the sponsor, Tuskys Supermarket, which is based in Wareng County. The event was inaugurated in December 2006 with its soft grassy course located in the Huruma area four kilometres west of the centre of Eldoret (a town renowned for long-distance running). The first edition was known as the ''Tuskermatt Cross Country'', but this changed to its current title the year after. The competition's programme of events comprised two senior races (men's 12 km and women's 8 km) and two junior races (boy's 8 km and girl's 6 km). The Association of Road Racing Statisticians is an independent, non-profit organization that collects, analyzes, and publishes statistics regarding road running races. The primary purpose of the ARRS is to maintain a valid list of world road records for standard race distances and to establish valid criteria for road record-keeping.
