Hebe Tien
Hebe Tien Fu-chen (; born 30 March 1983) is a Taiwanese singer and actress. She rose to fame in the early 2000s as a member of Taiwanese girl group S.H.E. The release of her debut album, '' To Hebe'' (2010), established her as a solo artist. Tien's song " A Little Happiness", the theme song of the 2015 Taiwanese film '' Our Times'', was a major hit in most Mandarin-speaking parts of Asia. Early life Tien Fuchen was born in Xinfeng, Hsinchu, Taiwan on 30 March 1983. Her father is a civil servant, her mother is a housewife, and her older brother used to own an American-Mexican restaurant in Zhubei. She graduated from Hukou High School in Hsinchu. Tien once said that if she had not been a singer, she would have been a civil servant like her father after university. Insignificance () is the third studio album of Taiwanese singer Hebe Tien, released on 29 November 2013 by HIM International Music and contains ten tracks. Pre-orders for the album started on 13 November 2013 and included a ticket to an exhibit curated by director and the album's visual art director Bill Chia to promote the album. The song and the whole album was conceptualized when Tien shared one of her favorite poems "Under One Small Star" to her colleague, mentioning that she was enchanted by the verses, and hoped that the lyrics for the album will showcase a similar passion. Graphic designer Aaron Nieh was employed to design the album. Both Chia and Nieh received two nominations at the 25th Golden Melody Awards for Best Music Video for "Insignificance" and Best Packaged Album, respectively. Musical career On 8 August 2000, HIM International Music held a 'Universal 2000 Talent and Beauty Girl Contest' in search of new artists to sign under their label. When Chen traveled with her older sister to Taipei for a holiday, she discovered that her sister had registered her for the competition. Hong Kong Coliseum (), commonly and informally known as the Hung Hom Coliseum (, ) is a multi-purpose indoor arena, in Hung Hom Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong near Hung Hom station. The Singapore Indoor Stadium, known exonymously as the Indoor Stadium, is an indoor arena located in Kallang, Singapore. It is within walking distance of the Singapore National Stadium, and collectively form a part of the wider Singapore Sports Hub. Tracy Huang (; born 29 August 1951) is a Taiwanese singer. Huang began her career in music with the Thunderbird Choir, alongside Su Rui. After she left the group, Huang spent two years in Taichung, at an American military base, where she learned and performed in English. Huang released her first album in 1974 under the stage name Huang Lu-yi. She later adopted the English name Tracy Huang.
