Heavy Heavy Low Low is an American Grind band from San Jose, California. Biography Formed in early 2004 in San Jose, California, Heavy Heavy Low Low played shows throughout the West Coast and developed a significant following, becoming known in the early 2000s screamo scene for their energetic stage presence. They released their first EP ''Kids, Kids, Kids'' in 2004. The EP was recorded in a practice space in San Jose by Andy Kugler (Plans for Revenge). Their first full-length release entitled ''Courtside Seats to the Greatest Fuck of All Time'', was released by Twelve Gauge Records in 2005 and featured their single, "Inhalant Abuse Is Illegal And Can Be Fatal". Following their first full length, they self released the ''...Fuck It!?'' EP in 2005 and began touring beyond the west coast. This EP was recorded by Sam Pura in Pura's garage. Haste the Day is an American metalcore band formed in Carmel, Indiana in 2001 and signed to Solid State Records. Their name is derived from a lyric in the hymn "It Is Well with My Soul" by Horatio Spafford. The band released an EP titled '' That They May Know You'', in 2002, followed by five studio albums: '' Burning Bridges'' (2004), '' When Everything Falls'' (2005), '' Pressure the Hinges'' (2007), ''Dreamer'' (2008), and '' Attack of the Wolf King'' (2010). The group disbanded in March 2011 but reformed in 2014 and released '' Coward'' in 2015. History Haste the Day formed in 2001 in Carmel, Indiana. The name was discovered by Devin Chaulk who read it from the hymn "It Is Well with My Soul."
