Heart Of The Beast
''Heart of the Beast'' is an upcoming American action adventure film directed by David Ayer and written by Cameron Alexander, starring Brad Pitt, who also serves as a producer. The film is about a former Navy SEAL and his retired combat dog who attempt to return to civilization after a catastrophic accident deep in the Alaskan wilderness. Cast * Brad Pitt * J. K. Damien Chazelle and Olivia Hamilton produced the film through their label Wild Chickens Productions, with Paramount Pictures distributing as part of a first look deal between the companies, and Ayer and Chris Long serve as producers through Cedar Park Entertainment. David Ayer
David Ayer (born January 18, 1968) is an American filmmaker. He is best known for his action work, writing films such as ''Training Day'' (2001), '' The Fast and the Furious'' (2001), and '' S.W.A.T.'' (2003), and directing films such as '' End of Watch'' (2012), '' Fury'' (2014), ''Suicide Squad'' (2016), ''The Beekeeper'' (2024), and '' A Working Man'' (2025). Early life and education Ayer was born in Champaign, Illinois, on January 18, 1968, and grew up in Bloomington, Minnesota, and Bethesda, Maryland, where he was kicked out of his house by his parents as a teenager.
