''Heart Attack'' is the third studio album by American rock band Man Overboard. Background and production In September 2011, Man Overboard released their self-titled second album. In February 2012, drummer Mike Hrycenko left the group and was replaced with Joe Talarico. The band performed on the Warped Tour between June and August. During the tour, the band worked on songs that would feature on their next album. In September, they started demoing the new material. ''Heart Attack'' was recorded between January 12 and February 8, 2013 at Studio 4 in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. New Found Glory guitarist Steve Klein produced the sessions with Will Yip providing additional production and acting as engineer. Man Overboard is an American pop punk band from Mt. Laurel and Williamstown, New Jersey that began in 2008. Since then, they had released two EPs, an acoustic EP, a split with Boston pop punk band Transit, a compilation and four full-length albums. Taking influence from such pop punk acts as Blink-182, Saves the Day, and Taking Back Sunday, Man Overboard played a brand of upbeat and poppy pop punk with the emotion of 90s emo acts such as The Promise Ring. Knuckle Puck is an American rock band, formed in 2010 in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. The band's name comes from the "knucklepuck" shot in ice hockey, which was popularized by the 1994 film '' D2: The Mighty Ducks''. The group has released several EPs, one of which, '' While I Stay Secluded'' (2014), peaked at number 5 on the Heatseekers Albums chart. Forever Came Calling is an American pop punk band from Twentynine Palms, California. History The band formed in the year 2006 as a Senses Fail and Taking Back Sunday cover band. After multiple line up changes, John Swaba joined as bassist. They then recorded and released their EP, HopE P.assion. Slam Dunk Records or Slam Dunk Music is a British independent record label, promoter and concert organising company, founded in Leeds, England, in 2007.
