Timothy Barnwell (born July 26, 1967, in New Jersey), better known by the stage name Headliner, is an American DJ and businessman. He is best known for being a member of Arrested Development The term "arrested development" has had multiple meanings for over 200 years. Headliner left Arrested Development in 1996 and did not participate in the group's reunion in 2000, unlike fellow ex-member Rasa Don, who returned to the band for another six years and, with whom he would eventually establish the Creative Royalty production house. Todd Thomas (born October 25, 1968), better known by the stage name Speech, is an American rapper and musician. He is a member of the progressive hip hop group Arrested Development and has released a number of solo albums. Background He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and spent his childhood years there and in Ripley, Tennessee, before relocating to Georgia in 1987 to attend the Art Institute of Atlanta. He attended Rufus King High School and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His first rap group, Attack, was active from 1984 until 1986.
