Hazratbal
Hazratbal is a notified area situated in the Srinagar district of Jammu and Kashmir. It is about from the Srinagar city center. The area became famous after the construction of Hazratbal Shrine, where hundreds of thousands of people visit every year because many relics related to the Islamic prophet Muhammad are believed to be there. The word ''Hazrat'' in Urdu gives an indication of "respect" and ''bal'' in Kashmiri means "place"''.'' Thus, the word ''Hazratbal'' means the place which is highly respected among the people. Hazratbal Shrine
The Hazratbal Shrine, popularly called Dargah Sharif (), is a Sufism, Sufi dargah and mosque, located in Hazratbal locality of Srinagar, in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir (union territory), Jammu and Kashmir, India. The site contains a relic, ''Moi-e-Muqqadas'', believed to be the hair of the Islamic prophet Muhammad. It is situated on the northern bank of the Dal Lake in Srinagar, and is considered to be Kashmir Valley, Kashmir's holiest Muslim shrine. National Institute of Technology Srinagar (NIT Srinagar or NITSRI) is a public technical university located in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Lal Chowk
Lal Chowk () is a city square in Srinagar, in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The square was given its name by left-wing activists who were inspired by the Russian Revolution as they fought the princely stateMaharaja, Hari Singh. Naseem Bagh
Naseem Bagh is a Mughal garden built on the northwestern side of the Dal Lake, close to the city of Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir, India. The garden is one of the oldest Mughal gardens in Kashmir, built by Mughal emperor Akbar in 1586. Over 1200 chinar trees were planted in 1686 by Shah Jahan. It is developed as Chinar Heritage Park by the University of Kashmir. At present the park houses around 700 chinar trees. It is mostly visited in the autumn from September to December.
