''Hate Me'' is the fifth studio album by American Rock music, rock band Escape the Fate. The album was produced by Howard Benson. The album features a new lineup; with Kevin "Thrasher" Gruft on lead guitar, bass, programming and TJ Bell on rhythm guitar and bass. It is the first album without Michael and Monte Money. The album was released on October 30, 2015 through Eleven Seven Music. Background After the return of bassist Max Green (musician), Max Green in 2013 and his second departure in 2014 the band went through a string of touring bassist and left the band in a state of uncertainty. Kevin "Thrasher" Gruft and TJ Bell ended up playing bass on the album. The band also lost guitarists Monte and Michael Money in late 2013. The band entered the studio on May 10, 2015 to start recording the album with Howard Benson. Escape the Fate is an American rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, formed in 2004 and originally from Pahrump, Nevada. They are signed to Eleven Seven Music. The group consists of Robert Ortiz (drummer), Craig Mabbitt (lead vocalist), TJ Bell (rhythm guitarist and vocalist), Erik Jensen (bassist) and Matti Hoffman (lead guitarist). , Ortiz is the last founding member in the current lineup of the group. Craig Edward Mabbitt (born April 9, 1987) is an American singer-songwriter and recording artist. He is the lead vocalist for American rock band Escape the Fate. He was formerly the lead vocalist for the bands Blessthefall and The Word Alive. He is also the current lead vocalist of his side-project band, The Dead Rabbitts. Early life In his early childhood, Mabbitt required the frequent and scheduled use of a nebulizer as a result of severe asthma. He also had to attend a special class due to a speech disorder, but nevertheless he overcame these setbacks, and in his adolescent years, realized his "dream of becoming a singer in a rock band." Papa Roach is an American Rock music, rock band from Vacaville, California, formed in 1993. The original lineup consisted of lead vocalist Jacoby Shaddix, guitarist Jerry Horton, drummer Dave Buckner, bassist Will James, and trombonist Ben Luther. After two EPs, James left and was replaced by Tobin Esperance. Jacoby Dakota Shaddix (born July 28, 1976) is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, TV presenter and actor. He is best known as the founding member and the continuous lead singer of the California-based rock band Papa Roach since the band's formation in 1993. Shaddix served as the host of the MTV show '' Scarred'' for the entirety of the show's cycle, presenting both seasons and all 20 episodes of the show, which spanned from April 10 to September 18, 2007. Maxwell Scott Green (born December 15, 1984), better known as Max Green, is an American musician who is the former bassist/backing vocalist and one of the founders of the band Escape the Fate, the former rhythm guitarist and vocalist for the band The Natural Born Killers, and former bassist/backing vocalist for the band Falling in Reverse. Monte Bryan Money is an American guitarist and vocalist from Las Vegas, Nevada. He is the former lead guitarist and backing vocalist of American rock band Escape the Fate. He is currently the lead singer and guitarist for his own band, Beyond Unbroken with his brother Michael Money. Hard Rock
Hard rock or heavy rock is a loosely defined subgenre of rock music typified by aggressive vocals and distorted electric guitars.
