Haruo Ngiraked Willter is a Palauan civil servant and politician, and former Minister of Administration of Palau responsible for public finances. Biography Willter served in multiple positions throughout the decades including several years in Koror as deputy director of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands (TTPI) office. He began his employment with the TTPI government in Guam in 1958, and spent years in finance and budget positions after the TTPI moved to Saipan. Willter was a delegate in the first 1979 Palauan constitutional convention, and also in the second 2005 constitutional convention. Haruo Ignacio Remeliik (1 June 1931 – 30 June 1985) was the first President of Palau from 2 March 1981 until his assassination on 30 June 1985. He is buried at Kloulklubed in his home state of Peleliu. Remeliik was of mixed Japanese and Palauan descent. Early life Remeliik studied priesthood in Truk. Later he returned to Palau and became an associate judge. In 1968, he won a seat in Palau legislature and became vice speaker. Haruo Wakō
was a Japanese communist militant, member of the Japanese Red Army (JRA). Wakō attended Keio University, but dropped out in 1970. Later he worked for a time as an assistant for Kōji Wakamatsu's ''Wakamatsu Productions'', a producer of leftist movies. was a Japanese film actor noted for his supporting roles in a career that spanned seven decades. Career Tanaka was born in Kyoto and quit school in order to become a film actor, joining the Nikkatsu studio in 1925. He eventually moved up to secondary leads and even into leading roles against actresses such as Ranko Hanai and Haruyo Ichikawa, but he never succeeded as a matinee idol.
