Harud
''Harud'' () is a 2010 Indian Kashmiri-language film directed by Aamir Bashir in his feature-film directorial debut. It is an independent, art house drama. ''Harud'' premiered at the 2010 Toronto International Film Festival. The film stars Reza Naji and Shahnawaz Bhat and takes place in Srinagar. It tells the story of a family who lives in the conflict-ridden region of Kashmir. Aamir Bashir is an Indian actor, film producer, and Film director, director. He is best known for his role in the thriller film, ''A Wednesday'', which earned him a Star Screen Awards, Screen Award nomination for Star Screen Award for Best Supporting Actor, Best Actor in a Supporting Role. Shan Mohammed
Shan Mohammed is an Indian film editor who works in Hindi and Tamil-language films. Career A commerce graduate, Shan Mohammed, had gone to Chennai for his articleship and became acquainted with cinematographer P. C. Sreeram at a photo exhibition, who recommended that he go to Mumbai, if he wanted a pursue a career in films. Soon Shan was working with Pankaj Advani on a series of 10-minute films titled ''Bheja Fry'' for Channel V, and then in 2000, he got into Pune's Film and Television Institute of India in the editing course. Reza Naji
Mohamad Reza Amir Naji () is an Iranian theatre, film and TV actor and an iconic figure of Iranian cinema. Career Naji started his career in theater as a teenager. While serving in the Iranian army, he continued to perform. His first film role was '' Children of Heaven'' (1997), which proved to be a breakthrough. For the role of Ali's father, director Majid Majidi sought an actor with an Azeri accent, and Naji was carefully selected from a group of 2,500 actors tested for the role. Mahmood Farooqui
Mahmood Farooqui is an Indian writer, performer and director. He specializes in a type of story-telling known as '' Dastangoi''. Farooqui along with his uncle Shamsur Rahman Faruqi, noted Urdu poet and literary critic, revived Dastangoi, the ancient art of Urdu story telling. He was awarded the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar in 2010 for it. His book ''Besieged: voices from Delhi 1857'' was awarded the Ramnath Goenka for the best Non-fiction book of the year. This book is a translation of mutiny papers providing a glimpse into the lives of ordinary people who found themselves stuck during the revolt of 1857.
