Harry Simon (boxer)
Harry Simon (born 21 October 1971) is a Namibian former professional boxer. He is a world champion in two weight classes, having held the World Boxing Organization (WBO) junior middleweight title from 1998 to 2001, and the WBO middleweight title in 2002. In 2002, Simon was involved in a serious car crash. He was found guilty of " culpable homicide" and sentenced to jail in 2007. Simon was released in 2009. He lost his world middleweight title owing to injuries sustained from the car accident, being stripped of the belt for failure to defend it. In 2013 Simon won the vacant IBF International Light Heavyweight title against Geard Ajetović, and defended it against him again in 2014. He retired undefeated with a record of 31–0–0, with 23 wins by way of knockout. The Windhoek Country Club Resort is a multi-use resort outside of Windhoek, Namibia owned by the Government of Namibia, and managed by Legacy Hotels and Resorts International. The Resort was opened in May 1995 and was home to the Miss Universe 1995, 1995 Miss Universe Pageant. The resort's golf course is home to the yearly Bank Windhoek Namibian Open Golf Tournament. Helao Nafidi
Helao Nafidi is a town in Ohangwena Region in northern Namibia at the border to Angola. It had a population of 29,119 people in 2023. Helao Nafidi has been established in 2004 as an amalgamation of several villages and settlements along the main road between Oshikango and Ohangwena, Namibia, Ohangwena which are both also part of the town. All the independently governed villages that have been combined to form the town (Onhuno, Ohangwena, Omafo, Engela and Oshikango) still maintained their own village councils until the Namibian local and regional elections, 2015, 2015 local authority election. The ''New Era'' is a daily national newspaper owned by the government of Namibia. The newspaper is one of four daily national newspapers in the country, the others being ''The Namibian'' (English and Oshiwambo), '' Die Republikein'' (Afrikaans) and '' Allgemeine Zeitung'' ( German). Armand Krajnc (born 7 August 1973) is a former Swedish professional boxer who competed from 1996 to 2004. He held the WBO middleweight title from 1999 to 2002, and challenged once for the unified WBA (Super) and IBF super-middleweight titles in his final fight in 2004. Kevin Lueshing (born 17 April 1968) is a British former boxer who was British welterweight champion between 1996 and 1997 and three times fought for world titles, winning the IBO World welterweight title in 1996. Career From Beckenham, London, Kevin Lueshing made his professional debut in September 1991 with a second round stoppage of John McGlynn at the Royal Albert Hall.
