Harry Potter (rugby Union)
Harry Potter (born 15 December 1997) is a rugby union player for the Western Force, an Australian team in Super Rugby. Potter plays on the wing, fullback and centre positions. Potter is eligible to represent both and at international level. Between 2020 and 2023 he played for Leicester Tigers where he was a Premiership Rugby champion in 2022. In October 2024 he received a call up to the Australian national team for the upcoming Autumn Internationals tour of the UK & Ireland. Early life Potter was born in Wimbledon in the South London borough of Merton, England. Potter moved to Bristol in his youth before moving again, this time abroad to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia when he was 10 years old. He played for Brighton Grammar School in his youth career. National Rugby Championship
The National Rugby Championship, known as NRC, was an Australian rugby union competition. It was contested by eight teams, seven from Australia and one from Fiji. The tournament ran from 2014 until 2019 before being disbanded in 2020 following the change of the Australian rugby TV broadcasting deal from Fox Sports, who had funded the competition, to Stan Sport. The 2020 competition was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Format The National Rugby Championship was usually held between late August and early November. 2020 Super Rugby Season
The 2020 Super Rugby season was the 25th season of Super Rugby, the international men's rugby union competition organised by SANZAAR involving teams from Argentina, Australia, Japan, New Zealand and South Africa. It was the third tournament in its then-current fifteen-team format, and it was also its last.
