Harry Foll
Hattil Spencer "Harry" Foll (30 May 1890 – 7 July 1977) was an Australian politician who served as a Australian Senate, Senator for Queensland from 1917 to 1947. He took office at the age of 27, and at the time was the youngest person to serve in the Senate. Foll began his career in the Nationalist Party (Australia), Nationalist Party, later joining the United Australia Party (UAP) in 1931 and Liberal Party of Australia, Liberal Party in 1945. He held ministerial office as Minister for Repatriation (Australia), Minister for Repatriation (1937–1938), Minister for Health (Australia), Minister for Health (1938–1939), Minister for the Interior (Australia), Minister for the Interior (1939–1941), and Minister for Information (Australia), Minister for Information (1940–1941). Darr River Downs is a heritage-listed homestead (buildings), homestead at Landsborough Highway, Morella, Queensland, Morella, Longreach Region, Queensland, Australia. It was built from 1870s circa to 1900s circa. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 27 June 2003. History The runs comprising Darr River Downs station were taken up during the early 1870s by a number of people, and were progressively acquired from 1876 by Baird, Rowan and Co., a group of Melbourne businessmen carrying on business together as sheep and cattle farmers. Clapham College was a Roman Catholic secondary school for boys in South London. Background It opened in 1897 and closed in 1989.
