Hardcore Heaven (2000) was the sixth and final Hardcore Heaven professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). The event took place on May 14, 2000 at The Rave in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The commentators for the event were Joey Styles, Joel Gertner and Cyrus. Nine professional wrestling matches were contested at the event. In the main event, Justin Credible successfully defended the World Heavyweight Championship against Lance Storm. On the undercard, Jerry Lynn defeated Rob Van Dam, who returned to ECW after a three-month absence since vacating the World Television Championship in March. The Rave / Eagles Club
The Rave/Eagles Club (commonly known as simply The Rave, formerly known as the Eagles Club and Central Park Athletic Club and Entertainment Center or commonly Central Park Ballroom) is a concert venue and landmark in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Divisions The building is divided into 5 venues, making it theoretically possible to have six different acts playing at the same time. The Eagles Ballroom The Eagles Ballroom is the building's showpiece, featuring a oval wooden dancefloor, originally installed when the building was constructed, in addition to a large, old-fashioned domed ceiling and a stage on one side. Originally a ballroom, it has hosted everything from boxing matches to concerts to ethnic dances. ECW World Heavyweight Championship
The ECW World Heavyweight Championship was a professional wrestling world heavyweight championship originally used in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) and later, World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). It was the original world title of the ECW promotion, spun off from the NWA World Heavyweight Championship. It was established under ECW in 1994 but was originally introduced in 1992 by the promotion's precursor, Eastern Championship Wrestling. The inaugural champion was Jimmy Snuka, however, WWE considers the inaugural champion to be Shane Douglas, with his reign beginning on August 27, 1994. In professional wrestling, a heel (also known as a ''rudo'' in ''lucha libre'') is a wrestler who portrays a villain, "bad guy", or "rulebreaker", and acts as an antagonist to the faces, who are the heroic protagonist or "good guy" characters. Not everything a heel wrestler does must be villainous: heels need only to be booed or jeered by the audience to be effective characters, although most truly successful heels embrace other aspects of their devious personalities, such as cheating to win or using foreign objects. Terrance Guido Gerin (born October 7, 1975) is an American professional wrestler better known by the ring name Rhyno or Rhino.
