"Happy" is the ninth single released by the Italy, Italian singer Alexia (singer), Alexia released in 1999 and is the title track and final single from her third album ''Happy (Alexia album), Happy''. The single reached the Italian top 10. The track was released in Italy on CD and 12" (Sony Code 667996) in October 1999. Like "Keep On Movin' (Alexia song), Keep On Movin'", there was no 2 track CD release. "Happy" was also released in Brazil where it received good radio play and was released in Finland in January 2000. It was the third Alexia single to have a remix by Almighty, but despite the CD having a '12" Almighty Mix' there was no 7"/Radio Edit. This song is also used in ''Meteor Garden II'' and the 50th anniversary of ABS-CBN featuring Kapamilya actors and actresses of each teleserye during primetime. Alessia Aquilani (born 19 May 1967), known professionally as Alexia, is an Italian singer. Before recording in Italian in the 2000s, she made records in English in the 1990s. Many of those were international hits. Before her solo career, she was the vocalist of Ice MC. ''Happy'' is the third studio album by Italian singer Alexia released in 1999, and would be her final studio album to be written and produced by Robyx and the DWA team. The album continued to see Alexia have a broad range of styles, though the move away from eurodance was not as dramatic as it had been with '' The Party''. It was Alexia's first album on the Sony Epic label. Alexia's management team had boasted that every track on the album was good enough to be released as a single, yet only two tracks were released as singles. Initially, "Change Your Life" was planned as the lead single, but instead " Goodbye" was released. "Happy" followed as the second single. "Keep On Movin'" is the seventh single released by the Italian singer Alexia released in 1998 and the third and final single from her second album '' The Party''. Although listed on Alexia's Italian Wikipedia page as a Radio promo single, physical versions were released. For the single version, the opening dialogue of partygoers "Hey Alexia! What a party you are having tonight! How do you organise such a thing?" was cut, replaced by a "Go DJ!", though the dialogue in the middle8 and at the end of the song was left. Release The track was released in Italy on CD and 12" (Sony Code 666553) followed by Finland and Spain. Promotional releases were issued in Mexico and Brazil. The song was to be released in the UK, but after the lack of success of both " The Music I Like" and '' The Party'', the idea was scrapped.
