Hapoel Ramat HaSharon F.C.
Hapoel Nir Ramat HaSharon Football Club () is an Israeli football club based in Ramat HaSharon. Founded in 1957, the club is currently competing in Liga Leumit, and plays its home matches at Grundman Stadium. History The club was founded in 1957 as Hapoel Ramat HaSharon, the club was promoted to Liga Artzit (The second division back then) in 1984. In the 1984–85 season they narrowly missed out on promotion to Liga Leumit (then the top division), after losing 1–0 to Hapoel Jerusalem on the final day of the season; had they won, they would have been promoted in Jerusalem's place. The following season they were relegated to Liga Alef, and two seasons later to Liga Bet. In 1996 the club returned to Liga Alef and in summer 1997 merged with Maccabi Nir Ramat HaSharon, a club which was named after Nir Itzhaki, by his brother and the club's chairmen, Meir Itzhaki, after Maccabi was refused funding by the local council.

Hapoel (, ) is an Israeli Jewish sports association established in 1926 by the Histadrut Labor Federation. History During the Mandate for Palestine, British Mandate of Palestine period Hapoel had a bitter rivalry with Maccabi World Union, Maccabi and organized its own competitions, with the exception of Israel Football Association, football, the only sport in which all the organizations played each other. At the time, Hapoel took no part in the ''Eretz Israel Olympic Committee'', which was controlled by Maccabi, and instead sought for international ties with similar workers sports organizations of socialist parties. 2003–04 Liga Artzit
The 2003–04 Liga Artzit season saw Ironi Nir Ramat HaSharon win the title and promotion to Liga Leumit alongside runners-up Hapoel Acre. Hapoel Tira and Hapoel Beit She'an were relegated to Liga Alef. Beitar Avraham Be'er Sheva who had been relegated from Liga Leumit the previous season and were due to play in Liga Artzit in 2003–04, folded in the summer of 2003. Israel Football League System
The Israeli football league system is a series of interconnected leagues for club football in Israel. The system has a hierarchical format with promotion and relegation between leagues at different levels, and allows even the smallest club to dream of rising to the very top of the system. There are five levels, containing a total of 16 divisions. It is run by the Israel Football Association (IFA). Structure The top division of Israeli football is the Premier League, while Liga Leumit is the second tier; these two divisions all operate at the national level. Below Liga Leumit the divisions are split into regionalised leagues. Liga Alef is the third tier, and is split into north and south divisions. Liga Bet, the fourth tier, is divided into four regionalised leagues. Liga Gimel, the bottom division of Israeli football, is split into eight regionalised leagues.

Abass Samari Salifu
Abass Samari Salifu (born 2 July 2004) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Liga Leumit club Hapoel Ramat HaSharon, the Ghana U-20 team and the Ghana U-23 national teams. Club career Salifu started his career playing for Division One League side Young Apostles FC. In the 2020–21 season, he played in 16 games across all competitions, scoring three goals and assisting six others. He also received five league and one FA Cup man of the match awards. Salifu played a limited number of matches due to late registration and then an injury, but he was an important figure for the team as they finished sixth in the league. In September 2021, Salifu joined newly Ghana Premier League promoted side Accra Lions ahead of their debut season after winning the Ghana Division One Zone III. The 2012–13 Israeli Premier League was the fourteenth season since its introduction in 1999 and the 71st season of top-tier football in Israel. It began on 25 August 2012 and ended on 20 May 2013. Ironi Kiryat Shmona were the defending champions, having won their first Premier League title last season. The 2009–10 Israel State Cup (, ''Gvia HaMedina'') was the 71st season of Israel's nationwide football cup competition and the 56th after the Israeli Declaration of Independence. It started on 4 September 2009, while the final was held in Ramat Gan Stadium on 11 May 2010. The competition was won by Hapoel Tel Aviv, who had beaten Bnei Yehuda 3–1 in the final.
