Hannah Perry
Hannah Perry (born 1984) is a British artist known for her work in installation, sculpture, print and video. She blends personal references with popular culture to create videos, sounds, images and objects. Biography Perry was born in Chester, England. She attended Goldsmiths, University of London receiving a BFA in Fine Art in 2009. She went on to complete an M.A. in Fine Art at The Royal Academy of Arts in 2014. She currently lives and works in London. Career Perry's work is interdisciplinary, encompassing video, installation, sculpture, painting, screen printing and performance. In 2011, she first gained recognition for her video performance as part of South London art collective LuckyPDF's TV project for Frieze Art Fair. Chester
Chester is a cathedral city in Cheshire, England, on the River Dee, Wales, River Dee, close to the England–Wales border. Frieze Art Fair is an annual contemporary art, contemporary art festival, art fair first held in 2003 in London's Regent's Park. Ed Fornieles
Edward Fornieles (born 6 April 1983) is an English artist. Fornieles uses film, social media platforms, sculpture, installation and performance to express the interaction of family, relationships, popular memes, language and the subcultures of the 21st century. His work operates within immersive simulations, which construct and enact alternative political and social spaces. His projects often involve cultural, social, and infrastructural production. Trisha Baga
Trisha Baga (born 1985 Venice, Florida) is an American artist living and working in New York City. Her work is installation based and incorporates video, performance, and found objects. Career Beginning in 2012 Baga began to use 3D projectors and 3D glasses for a more immersive effect as exhibited at West Street Gallery. In 2015 she added clay sculptures to her exhibitions, an outgrowth of her involvement with the ceramics club, a loosely gathered group of artists who meet at Greenwich House Pottery. Ed Atkins
Ed Atkins (born 1982) is a British contemporary artist best known for his video art and poetry. He is currently based in Cophenhagen. Atkins lectures at University of Fine Arts Hamburg, in past at Goldsmiths College in London and has been referred to as "one of the great artists of our time" by the Swiss curator Hans-Ulrich Obrist. Coby Sey
Coby Sey is a British musician, songwriter, artist, vocalist and NTS Radio host, born and based in Lewisham, South East London. He has worked with musicians Tirzah, Mica Levi, DELS, Kwes, Laurel Halo, Klein, Lafawndah and London Contemporary Orchestra, artists Hannah Perry and Maëva Berthelot and has remixed Kelly Lee Owens, Max de Wardener and Leifur James. In 2019 he had a featured session on BBC Radio 3 Late Junction in an improvised collaboration with PAN affiliated artist Pan Daijing. Oliver Coates
Oliver Coates (born in London in 1982) is a British cellist, film composer, music producer and electronic musician. He has released ten studio albums many of which have been released on RVNG Intl. Career Born in London in 1982, Oliver Coates took up the cello at the age of six. He went on to study at the Royal Academy of Music in London where he received the highest score ever awarded to a student. After graduating there, he worked with Massive Attack, Goldie, Ben Frost, Micachu & the Shapes and the Icelandic postrock band Sigur Rós. Robert Ames (conductor)
Robert Ames (born 8 October 1985) is a British conductor and violist, who holds the positions of co-artistic director and co-principal conductor of the London Contemporary Orchestra Career Born in Kettering, Northamptonshire, he studied at the Royal Academy of Music. While at University, Robert met Hugh Brunt, who together founded the London Contemporary Orchestra in 2008. He was made an Associate of the Royal Academy of Music in 2016. The London Contemporary Orchestra (LCO), founded in 2008 by Hugh Brunt and Robert Ames, is an ensemble of young musicians whose stated aim is "to explore and promote new music to an increasingly wide audience". Somerset House
Somerset House is a large neoclassical architecture, neoclassical building complex situated on the south side of the Strand, London, Strand in central London, overlooking the River Thames, just east of Waterloo Bridge. The Georgian era quadrangle is built on the site of a Tudor period, Tudor palace ("Old Somerset House") originally belonging to the Edward Seymour, 1st Duke of Somerset, Duke of Somerset. Baltic Centre For Contemporary Art
Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art (also known simply as (the) Baltic, stylised as BALTIC) is a centre for contemporary art located on the south bank of the River Tyne in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, England. It hosts a frequently changing variety of exhibitions, events, and educational programmes with no permanent exhibition. The idea to open a centre for contemporary arts in Gateshead was developed in the 1990s, which was a time of regeneration for the local area—the Sage and Gateshead Millennium Bridge was also being conceived of in this period.
