Ahn Hee-yeon (; born May 1, 1992), known professionally as Hani (), is a South Korean singer and actress. She is known as a member of the South Korean girl group EXID and its subgroup, SoljiHani (formerly known as Dasoni ()). She has appeared on television as a host on ''Weekly Idol'' and a cast member on ''Off to School'', ''Crime Scene (South Korean TV series), Crime Scene'' and ''A Style For You (TV series), A Style for You.'' Hani (born Hani Adnan Al-Bader) is a Kuwaiti / American record producer and remixer based in New York, notable for his restructurings of hits by artists ranging from Michael Jackson to Alicia Keys, as well as his original productions. The Hani or Ho people (Hani language, Hani: ''Haqniq''; zh, c=哈尼族, p=Hānízú; / 𠊛何贰) are a Loloish languages, Lolo-speaking ethnic group in Southern China, Northern Laos, and Vietnam. Vestmannaeyjar
Vestmannaeyjar (, sometimes anglicized as Westman Islands) is a municipality and archipelago off the south coast of Iceland. The largest island, Heimaey, has a population of 4,414, most of whom live in the archipelago's main town, Vestmannaeyjabær. The other islands are uninhabited, although six have single hunting cabins. Vestmannaeyjar came to international attention in 1973 with the eruption of Eldfell volcano, which destroyed many buildings and forced a month-long evacuation of the entire population to mainland Iceland. Hani, Turkey
Hani (), formerly known as Palimaden (), is a municipality and district of Diyarbakır Province, Turkey. Its area is 436 km2, and its population is 32,519 (2022). It is populated by Kurds. History The locals in Hani took part in the Sheikh Said rebellion in 1925. Subsequently, the town experienced special surveillance and scrutiny from the state. Politics After the victory of the Democratic Regions Party (DBP) in the local elections in 2014, Hani became a hotspot for the women movement in Diyarbakır Province. A women's center was opened in presence of the Metropolitan Mayor of Diyarbakır, Gültan Kışanak. Bono State (also known as Bonoman) was the first centralized Akan state, founded by the Bono people in what is now central Ghana. Bonoman is generally considered a cultural, political ancestor and origin to Akan subgroups that migrated southward and eastward during and after its decline in the 18th centuries. Shullat (Šûllat) and Hanish (Ḫaniš) were a pair of Mesopotamian gods. They were usually treated as inseparable, and appear together in various works of literature. Their character was regarded as warlike and destructive, and they were associated with the weather. The Hani language (Hani: or '; ; ) is a language of the Loloish (Yi) branch of the Tibeto-Burman linguistic group spoken in China, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam by the Hani people. Distribution In China, Hani is spoken mostly in areas to the east of the Mekong River in south-central Yunnan province, mostly in Pu'er and Honghe prefectures, as well as in parts of other surrounding prefectures. The Hani or chicken finger pita wrap is a sandwich from Detroit made from fried chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and mayonnaise, all wrapped in pita bread. The cheese is usually a combination of Swiss and cheddar. It is often served with a side of ranch dressing. It was invented in 1985 by a line cook named Hani who worked at the National Coney Island at Mack Avenue and Seven Mile Road in Detroit. The Hani may have started as a staff meal where the cook would prepare it for his co-workers, but later it was added to the menu. Initially, it was offered as a special at that location of National Coney Island but then it was incorporated in the menus at other locations. It eventually spread to other restaurants in the area. Although the Coney Island hot dog has a longstanding popularity locally, the Hani grew in popularity to rival it at National Coney Island. The Chanur Novels
The Chanur novels are a series of five science fiction novels, forming three separate stories, written by American author C. J. Cherryh and published by DAW Books between 1981 and 1992. The first novel in the series is ''The Pride of Chanur'' (1981), which was nominated for both the Hugo and Locus Awards in 1983.
