Hand Of Omega
''Remembrance of the Daleks'' is the first serial of the Doctor Who (season 25), 25th season of the British science fiction television series ''Doctor Who''. The serial was first broadcast in four weekly episodes from 5 to 26 October 1988. It was written by Ben Aaronovitch and directed by Andrew Morgan. The serial contains many references to the history of the show, featuring settings from the first ''Doctor Who'' episode, ''An Unearthly Child'', such as Coal Hill School and the junkyard at 76 Totter's Lane. In the serial, alien time traveller Seventh Doctor, the Doctor and his Companion (Doctor Who), companion Ace (Doctor Who), Ace travel back to 1963 to retrieve the Hand of Omega, a powerful device created by the Time Lords, and keep it from the Daleks. The serial is the final appearance of the Daleks in the original run and the only occasion in which the Seventh Doctor encountered them on television. Sylvester McCoy
Percy James Patrick Kent-Smith (born 20 August 1943), known professionally as Sylvester McCoy, is a Scottish actor. Gaining prominence as a physical comedian, he became best known for playing the seventh incarnation of the Doctor in the long-running science fiction television series ''Doctor Who'' from 1987 to 1989—the final Doctor of the original run—and briefly returning in a television film in 1996. He is also known for his work as Radagast in ''The Hobbit'' film series (2012–2014). Keff McCulloch
Keff McCulloch (born 8 July 1954) is an English composer best known for his electronic music for ''Doctor Who'' in the late 1980s. In 1987, he was employed by producer John Nathan-Turner to arrange the ''Doctor Who'' theme music for the Seventh Doctor, Sylvester McCoy. The theme, drawing on the original composed by Ron Grainer and arranged by Delia Derbyshire, was used for three years until the series was cancelled by the BBC in 1989. The new theme music was accompanied by new titles and logo. McCulloch also contributed incidental music scores to six stories during the McCoy era, namely: ''Time and the Rani''; '' Paradise Towers''; '' Delta and the Bannermen''; '' Remembrance of the Daleks''; '' Silver Nemesis''; ''Battlefield''; and also the later ''Dimensions in Time'' and '' Shada''. Andrew Cartmel
Andrew J. Cartmel (born 6 April 1958) is a British script editor, author and journalist. He was the script editor of ''Doctor Who'' during the Sylvester McCoy era of the show between 1987 and 1989. He has also worked as a script editor on other television series, as a magazine editor, as a comics writer, as a film studies lecturer, and as a novelist. Biography Raised in Canada, Cartmel returned to England in order to complete his education. He took a post-graduate course in computer studies and worked on computer-aided design for Shape Data Ltd (now UGS Corp) in Cambridge, England during the mid-1980s. John Nathan-Turner
John Turner (12 August 1947 – 1 May 2002), known professionally as John Nathan-Turner, was an English television producer. He was the ninth producer of the long-running BBC science fiction series ''Doctor Who'' and the final producer of the series' first run on television (from 1980 until it was cancelled in 1989). Brian Reginald Miller (born 17 April 1941) is a British actor and television personality. Royce Mills
Anthony Royce Mills (12 May 1942 – 21 May 2019) was an English television, stage and film actor. Life and career Born in Tetbury, Gloucestershire to Herbert Mills and concert pianist Winifred, Royce did not feel the need to look into the disappearance of his father. He and his mother moved to Eastbourne, and he made his television debut aged 13 on the BBC’s Children's Hour in 1956. Roy William Skelton (20 July 1931 – 8 June 2011) was a British actor most noted for his voice work. He was best known for playing Zippy and George in ''Rainbow'', and for voicing the Daleks and the Cybermen in ''Doctor Who''.
