Hanane Mansouri
Hanane Mansouri (born 23 November 2000) is a French politician of the Union of the Right for the Republic (UDR). She was elected member of the National Assembly for Isère's 8th constituency in 2024. Early life and career Mansouri is of Moroccan origin. She is the first woman with Maghrebi ancestry to serve as deputy for Rassemblement National. Deputies (French: ''députés''), also known in English as Members of Parliament (MPs), are the legislators who sit in the National Assembly, the lower house of the French Parliament. The 15th and current legislature of the Fifth Republic has a total of 577 deputies, elected in 577 constituencies across metropolitan (539) and overseas France (27), as well as for French residents overseas (11). Union Nationale Interuniversitaire (UNI) or "Inter-University Union" is the largest French right-wing union of university students, created in February 1969 to promote freedom of expression in reaction to the student crisis of May 68 and to support the political action of General de Gaulle.
