Hampton Yount
Hampton Yount (; born June 14, 1984) is an American stand-up comedian, writer, and actor, known for ''Mystery Science Theater 3000.'' Yount was born in Warrenton, Virginia, to Renee and Victor Yount. Hampton has three siblings, Virginia, Henri and Clay, whom he has talked about on his podcast, Y'all Ever. Clay also appeared on "Doom Island", another one of Hampton's several podcasts, in April 2021. From 2004 to 2012, he and his brother Clay produced a webcomic, ''Rob and Elliot'', for the Boxcar Comics collective. His brother, Clay, continues to make comics and publish them on his website. He first performed stand-up comedy in Blacksburg, Virginia and Washington, D.C., before moving to Los Angeles. Podcasts Hampton currently hosts multiple podcasts, including Doom Island and Y'all Ever, which Hampton paused in March 2021. He also hosted Suicide Buddies, which is no longer running. Warrenton, Virginia
Warrenton is a town in Fauquier County, Virginia, United States. It is the county seat. The population was 10,057 as of the 2020 United States census, 2020 census, an increase from 9,611 at the 2010 United States Census, 2010 census and 6,670 at the 2000 United States census, 2000 census. The estimated population in July 2021 was 10,109. It is at the junction of U.S. Route 15, U.S. Route 17, U.S. Route 29, and U.S. Route 211. The town is in the Piedmont (United States), Piedmont region of Virginia just east of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The well-known Airlie Conference Center is north of Warrenton, and the historic Vint Hill Farms Station, Vint Hill Farms military facility is east. Fauquier Hospital is located in the town. A comedian (feminine comedienne) or comic is a person who seeks to entertain an audience by making them laugh. Bill Corbett
William Daniel Corbett (born March 30, 1960) is an American writer and performer for television, film and theatre. He was a writer and performer on the cult television show ''Mystery Science Theater 3000'' (''MST3K''), for which he voiced Crow T. Robot during the show's later seasons on the Sci Fi Channel. During that time, he also played the character Observer, along with other minor roles. Career In addition to his work on ''Mystery Science Theater 3000'', in 1991, he starred in the computer game '' Sherlock Holmes: Consulting Detective'', and in 2001, Corbett co-wrote the Sci Fi Channel miniseries '' The Adventures of Edward the Less,'' with several other former ''MST3K'' writers.
